Returns & Refunds – FAQ

Do you accept returns?

Because our products are food items, all sales are final. For safety and quality reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has shipped.

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • A photo of the damaged item
  • A photo of the shipping box
  • Your order number

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or a refund.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — cancellations are accepted within 12 hours of purchase as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once your order is in production or transit, it can no longer be canceled.

What if my package says “Delivered” but I didn’t receive it?

If your package shows “Delivered” but is missing, please:

  • Check with neighbors or your local post office

    Unfortunately, we can’t replace orders marked as delivered. 

     

     

    Do you refund orders sent to the wrong address?

    Refunds cannot be issued if the shipping address was entered incorrectly at checkout. Please double-check your address before completing your order.

    What items are non-refundable?

    • Opened or used food products

    • Sale or promotional items

    • Orders canceled after shipping

    • Orders refused upon delivery

    • Contact the shipping carrier directly
